Revival Hymn YouTube Video and My Thoughts

If you are serious about your walk with the Lord, this 30 minute video is well worth watching and surly worth your time.

¶ Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean. Isaiah 52:1

In fact, if I had the time (some might debate that I should have the time, but that argument is irrelevant...) I could add greatly to this post by examining and explaining certain parts the video. For example, it talks briefly about, one of the founders of the Methodist church, John Wesley. Also near the end of the video it speaks about a tale of two missionaries (of the Moravian church) who sold themselves into slavery to witness to an island full of slaves. (Now that is radical and EXTREME Christianity if you ask me!)

As I was looking into the story of these two missionaries, I came across who it is that is accredited with the sharing (or at least making a large amount of people aware of) the story; his name is Paris Reidhead. I think he is even one of the speakers in the YouTube video above, and it looks like the original sermon can be heard online. Lets see...

Ha! Fascinating! The title of the message is entitled: "Ten Shekels and a Shirt".

You can either follow the directly above link or just listen to the message below.

In conclusion, I just wanted to show you a little bit of how I could have added to this post. For the time being though, I think that I have done enough.

God Bless!

Tiomthy
