This video just makes me crack up (notice the old fake head nod at 45 seconds into the video. Also notice at 1:10 in the video, the speaker quotes Victor Hugo: "It is always right to do that which is right". I wonder if Bill was thinking: "Ya, this is right to nod off right now.") Wake up Bill Clinton! Don't you know that it is rude and embarrassing to nod off while someone is speaking? (...Especially when you are Bill Clinton, are being recorded and will be watched—nodding off—over and over on YouTube.)
