$20,000,000 Found in Juarez, Mexico?

The above link goes to a video about a man who claims to to be helping people who have found $20,000,000 in/or around Juarez, Mexico. The reason that I thought this was interesting was because I just posted a prophecy concerning Juarez, Mexico, on this blog. You can find the post/prophecy using this link:

In Googling the name Franz Felhaber (the name I got from the first link which goes to a video), I was able to find an article that gives more details about the story.

The whole story is very mysterious and makes this guy, Franz Felhaber, look very suspicious.
